What is a Sample Sale?
Our upcoming Sample Sale brings together archived silhouettes, shapes and colourways, with a few sample treasures, crafted to the highest quality. Each item is included for a different reason: some are unique designs that never progressed to full production, while others may feature minor imperfections that do not impact their function.
A small number of pieces may have been used once for photoshoots, while others are simply beautifully imperfect. Select Icon styles may be available in limited quantities.
What kind of discounts can be found at the sample sale?
Discounts vary by style, but you can typically expect savings of 10% - 70% off.
A select number of pieces will be available at up to 70% off.
I am a Strathberry Insider, will I receive points for my Sample Sale purchase?
Sample Sale purchases are not eligible to earn Insider points.
Can I exchange/refund an item I bought at a sample sale?
All Sample Sale purchases are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. Items are sold as seen. Please note, Sample Sale items are not eligible for warranty coverage or repairs.
Can I use gift cards or any other discount codes during the Sample Sale?
Unfortunately, gift cards and discount codes cannot be applied to Sample Sale items, as items are already heavily reduced. We recommend saving them for the new collection.
Can you put Sample Sale items on hold?
Due to high demand, we’re unable to hold Sample Sale items. All pieces are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and once sold out, they will not be restocked.
